About the Role

You will develop and iterate the go-to-market strategy, run hands-on growth experiments, and execute B2B lead generation targeting risk-conscious crypto holders and distribution partners. You will use qualitative and data-driven analysis to prioritize initiatives, coordinate internal and external resources for outreach and community efforts, shape brand strategy, and translate user and channel feedback into product feature ideas.

Requirements

  • Experience in marketing, go-to-market development, growth, or business development
  • Growth mindset with a willingness to test hypotheses
  • Hands-on execution skills
  • Creative and driven
  • Enthusiasm for web3 and DeFi
  • Preferred experience in crypto, fintech, or finance market segments
  • Preferred experience in zero-to-one environments

  • Refine and iterate go-to-market strategy
  • Implement GTM initiatives personally and through internal and external resources
  • Generate B2B leads and conduct business development outreach
  • Target risk-conscious crypto holders and distribution partners
  • Run hands-on growth experiments and test outreach hypotheses
  • Use qualitative and data-driven analysis to inform decisions
  • Build and develop brand strategy
