About the Role
You analyze customer behavior to identify when trading starts and stops, propose ways to increase return visits and continued trading, evaluate event and service performance, derive business opportunities, automate data and reporting tasks with AI tools, and plan and manage KPI dashboards.
Requirements
- At least five years of practical data-analysis experience
- Advanced SQL skills for extracting and refining information from large datasets
- Experience designing A/B tests based on data and logically analyzing results
- Familiarity with using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude for coding and analysis
- Experience in virtual assets, fintech, e-commerce, or high-traffic IT platforms is preferred
- Python skills for exploratory data analysis and data processing are preferred
- Experience connecting generative-AI APIs to automate internal data analysis and reporting is preferred
- Interest in virtual-asset markets and trading, with actual investment experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Analyze customer behavior patterns related to starting and stopping trades
