About the Role

You will own and mature the cybersecurity GRC program, including CMMC readiness, control management, evidence collection, risk assessments, audits, and regulatory compliance. You will coordinate remediation work and translate compliance requirements for stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information security or related field with 8 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience
  • CISSP, CISA, CRISC, CISM, CompTIA Security+, or similar certification
  • Hands-on CMMC Level 2 or Level 3 or NIST SP 800-171 implementation and assessment-preparation experience
  • Control framework management experience
  • Information security policy and procedure experience
  • Audit or third-party assessment support experience
  • Written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end GRC program
  • Lead CMMC readiness, scoping, gap assessments, POA&M development, and assessment coordination
  • Manage control mapping, ownership, and remediation
  • Build and maintain an audit-ready evidence library
  • Plan and support audits and third-party assessments
  • Maintain the organizational risk register and track risk treatment
  • Embed compliance requirements into processes, tools, and projects
  • Monitor regulatory changes and advise leadership
