About the Role
You will support customer trust, security assurance, and compliance programs. You will respond to security inquiries and risk assessments, maintain security documentation, explain technical controls to customers, collect compliance evidence, support audit readiness, and improve trust-related workflows.
Requirements
- Experience supporting customer-facing security, compliance, or trust functions at a SaaS or cloud-native company
- Experience translating technical security concepts into concise written responses
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure, access control, data protection, and incident response
- Ability to manage multiple parallel requests with attention to detail
- Communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Judgment when handling sensitive or ambiguous security questions
- Interest in security, compliance, and customer engagement
Responsibilities
- Support customer trust and security assurance processes, including security inquiries and risk assessments
- Serve as a point of contact for customer security reviews
- Maintain and improve security documentation and response materials
- Collaborate with security and engineering teams to articulate technical controls
- Support compliance initiatives, evidence collection, and audit readiness
- Identify recurring gaps and improve security and compliance practices
- Streamline and scale trust-related workflows
