Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM, Finance, Economics, or business-related subject
• Available to start full-time work in August 2027
• Genuine interest in financial markets
• Willingness to learn new techniques and skills and teach others
• Ability to develop fundamental research-driven ideas independently
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
• Time management, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Computer programming experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Identify fundamentally driven trading opportunities and work with traders to capture them
• Perform probabilistic scenario analysis for upcoming events and catalysts
• Analyze time-sensitive company headlines and their effects on volatility and stock prices
• Develop research processes and identify market inefficiencies
• Build relevant industry networks
• Use AI-enabled tools to analyze and validate market information and improve research tooling
