About the Role
You will assess client conversations with the AI assistant against quality, conduct, and regulatory standards. You will review handoffs, investigate failures, identify patterns and root causes, test features and adversarial scenarios, and share evidence-based findings that improve content, guardrails, conversation design, and release decisions.
Requirements
- Degree in any discipline
- Interest in AI and its real-world behaviour
- Written English proficiency, including spelling, punctuation, and grammar
- Customer service mindset
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and consistency
- Interest in financial services regulation
- Experience with AI or large language model tools
- Exposure to data analysis or coding with Excel, SQL, or Python
- Understanding of research methods, experiment design, or structured quality measurement
Responsibilities
- Review and score AI assistant conversations
- Assess answer accuracy, grounding, clarity, tone, resolution, and conduct compliance
- Review handoffs to human agents
- Identify and flag conduct risks in bot responses
- Identify complaints, vulnerability indicators, and appropriate escalation needs
- Perform root-cause analysis on failed conversations and negative outcomes
- Identify patterns across conversation types, intents, and topics
- Design and run test scenarios, including edge cases and adversarial prompts
- Share evidence-based findings and improvement recommendations
- Test new bot features, knowledge content, and model updates
- Contribute to evaluation datasets, scoring criteria, and automated evaluation
