Tools for Humanity is a technology company founded in 2019 and headquartered in San Francisco and Munich. It builds and operates services including World ID App and World App, which provide interfaces for creating and using World ID, accessing Mini Apps, and managing digital assets through a self-custodial wallet. It also develops the Orb and Orb Mini proof-of-human hardware and software, using encrypted iris-imaging processes and open-source components, and leads design and planning for World Spaces.

About the Role
You will represent the organization in the market with local media, regulators and partners. You will build and maintain strategic relationships, identify and negotiate new business opportunities, and adapt regional strategy based on market analysis. You will lead cross-functional projects with Product and Economics, manage the country P&L, budget and forecasting, implement cost controls, and optimize resource allocation. You will travel frequently (50–75%) to oversee local operations and support Orb Operators, resolve conflicts, and ensure users are onboarded effectively.
Requirements
- 10+ years of business management experience
- Proven success in operations business development or sales leadership roles in the UK
- Extensive experience living and working in the UK and Northern Europe
- Strong cross-cultural competency and experience working across countries
- Strong interpersonal skills and conflict mediation experience
- Effective project management skills
- Analytical and data-driven decision making
- Based in the UK and able to travel 50–75% of the time
Responsibilities

- Implement cost-control measures and optimize resource allocation
- Travel to oversee local operations and support Orb Operators
