About the Role

You will join the Funds team, working at the intersection of investment, distribution, and operations. As an L1 team member, you will work alongside senior colleagues across the full fund lifecycle, from screening managers and reviewing documentation to producing marketing collateral used by distribution and CAM teams. You will partner with senior funds colleagues, GPs and placement agents, legal and compliance teams, and distribution, marketing, and CAM teams, sitting in on most workstreams even though you won't own them end-to-end at this level. You will support liaison with GPs on performance queries, onboarding, documentation, redemptions, and subscription cycles, and help keep onboarding documentation such as PPMs, subscription docs, and KYC materials accurate and complete. You will conduct basic fund analysis across asset classes, strategies, and vehicles, prepare diligence inputs like track record snapshots and peer comps, and help produce sales materials such as factsheets, EDMs, STO pages, and brochures. You will answer routine queries from marketing and CAMs on redemptions, subscriptions, NAV, and performance, flag inefficiencies and risks early, and continuously build your fund knowledge across private and public assets.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in funds, asset management, private banking, wealth management, fund administration, or audit in financial services, or a comparable role
• Strong fresh graduates from finance, accounting, economics, or related disciplines will be considered
• Working understanding of fund vehicles and asset classes, or clear interest and demonstrated self-study
• High attention to detail
• Clear, concise written communication capable of drafting fact-checked client-ready content with supervision
• Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and managing competing requests
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Comfortable picking up new internal tools quickly

Responsibilities

• Support senior team members in liaison with GPs across performance queries, onboarding, documentation, redemptions, and subscription cycles
• Help maintain the accuracy and completeness of onboarding documentation including PPM, subscription docs, and KYC requirements
• Track open items across funds and flag anything at risk of slipping a timeline
• Conduct basic fund analysis distinguishing between asset classes, strategies, and fund vehicles
• Form an early view on which funds make sense for the platform with comparison across managers and strategies
• Prepare diligence inputs such as track record snapshots, peer comps, and structure summaries
• Support production of sales materials including factsheets, EDMs, STO pages, and brochures
• Answer basic queries from marketing and CAMs on redemption, subscription, NAV, and fund performance
• Develop a working understanding of investor preferences and fund positioning across investor segments
• Identify inefficiencies and raise key issues or deal-breakers early
• Reduce mistakes and unforced errors in document handling, data entry, and stakeholder communication
• Build fund knowledge continuously across private and public assets
• Develop understanding of internal processes for onboarding and maintaining funds on the platform
