About the Role
Join the Funds team at the intersection of investment, distribution, and operations. Support the fund lifecycle from manager screening and documentation review through due diligence, onboarding, fund analysis, investor queries, and production of accurate marketing materials.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in funds, asset management, private banking, wealth management, fund administration, financial-services audit, or a comparable role.
- Fresh graduates from finance, accounting, economics, or related disciplines will be considered.
- Working understanding of fund vehicles and asset classes, or demonstrated interest and self-study.
- High attention to detail.
- Clear, concise written communication for fact-checked client-ready content.
- Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and manage competing requests.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Comfort learning new internal tools quickly.
- Exposure to private-markets onboarding, CFA Level I, CAIA, marketing collateral, fund administration, CRM, or distribution platforms is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Support liaison with GPs on performance queries, onboarding, documentation, redemptions, and subscription cycles.
- Maintain accurate and complete onboarding documentation including PPMs, subscription documents, and KYC materials.
- Track open items and flag timeline risks.
- Conduct basic analysis across fund asset classes, strategies, and vehicles.
- Prepare diligence inputs such as track record snapshots, peer comparisons, and structure summaries.
- Support production of factsheets, EDMs, STO pages, and brochures.
- Answer routine queries on redemptions, subscriptions, NAV, and fund performance.
- Identify inefficiencies and risks early while reducing errors in documentation, data entry, and stakeholder communication.
- Build fund knowledge and understanding of internal fund onboarding processes.
