You will build and operate systems that support production workflows, data labelling, evaluation, and professional editing. Depending on your scope, you will create task editors and quality metrics, maintain production services, or develop Rust-based editing tools. You will strengthen reliability and scalability while leading work independently.
Requirements
- Have strong backend engineering experience, ideally with functional programming languages such as Rust
- Design UI systems with a full-stack focus
- Have shipped and operated production systems end to end
- Build reliable and scalable internal platforms, workflow engines, task engines, or data pipelines
- Switch between building tools and hardening underlying platforms
- Lead projects when opportunities arise

- Build platforms that support human expertise and AI workflows
- Ship task editors and improve data-platform reliability
- Build metrics for higher-quality data pipelines
- Build and maintain services that run production workflows
- Develop professional editing tools in Rust
- Strengthen the reliability and scalability of production systems
