About the Role
You will build the next generation of Agora’s governance application, focusing on product and end-user experience. You will own features end to end across the front end and backend, write automated tests and documentation, and work on contracts, architecture, the data layer, and mobile experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of production software development experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Remix
- 3+ years of experience building production-ready web applications
- Strong TypeScript fundamentals and expertise
- Deep understanding of Ethereum architecture
- Familiarity with Layer 2 solutions
- Ability to read Solidity code
- Experience building or working with indexers such as Subgraph, Shovel, or Ponder
- Strong computer science fundamentals
- Experience building scalable and maintainable systems
- Track record of delivering high-quality maintainable code
- Open-source project experience
- Crypto application design experience
- Interest in governance and decentralized autonomous organizations
- Experience with EAS, IPFS, or Farcaster
- Experience building design systems
- Ability to improve infrastructure
