Structure provides a wallet-native platform for creating versioned automated trading strategies without coding, validating and compiling them, and evaluating them through backtests and paper deployments. Users can connect supported venue accounts and operate live deployments while retaining control of their funds through trading-only permissions. The product supports strategy logic, state machines, target positions, real-time market data, monitoring, and execution on supported Web3 venues.

About the Role
Build and maintain the app front end, strategy builder, backtesting dashboards, deployment workflows, admin tools, internal dashboards, public site, and documentation. Integrate wallets and on-chain providers, connect to DEX venues such as Drift on Solana, manage deployments, handle basic DevOps, and run growth experiments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
- Mid-level experience in full-stack development
- Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Node.js
- Familiarity with Rust is a plus
- Experience with databases
- Familiarity with deployment platforms such as Vercel
- Startup experience preferred or experience running a dev shop
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain responsive websites and admin dashboards using Rust, TypeScript, React, and Node.js
- Develop intuitive front-end interfaces for the decentralized exchange
- Integrate Web3 tools and wallets into the platform
- Manage deployments and handle basic DevOps tasks
- Participate in growth-oriented projects and experiments
- Make common-sense design decisions and influence project direction
