About the Role

You will formulate the company's frontend technical strategy and long-term and short-term roadmap, combining business needs with industry trends such as front-end engineering, cross-platform development, componentization, performance optimization, and AI integration. You will lead the design and optimization of the core frontend architecture, choosing the technical framework and stack, and ensuring scalability, maintainability, and security. You will oversee the full lifecycle of frontend development across web, app, and H5 platforms, supervising core modules like trading interfaces, order operations, fund management, and risk control prompts. You will establish frontend security standards, lead security audits and penetration tests, and ensure compliance with global regulations such as FATF and MiCA. You will build, manage, and develop the frontend team, setting OKRs, guiding professional growth, and managing performance. You will collaborate closely with product, backend, UI/UX, compliance, and risk teams, and manage key frontend projects, budgets, and resources.

Requirements

• 10+ years of frontend development and management work experience
• 5+ years of senior frontend team management experience
• Experience in fintech, digital currency, payment, or large-scale internet financial institutions preferred
• Experience leading development and operation of large-scale frontend systems supporting high concurrency and multi-terminal adaptation
• Proficient in Vue3 or React with TypeScript
• Practical experience in cross-platform development with Flutter or React Native
• Excellent frontend architecture design capabilities
• Familiar with frontend security technologies such as XSS, CSRF, data encryption, and sensitive information desensitization
• Familiar with frontend performance optimization technologies
• Familiar with DevOps practices including CI/CD, containerization, monitoring and alerting
• Proficient with tools such as Webpack, Vite, Docker, Jenkins, and Prometheus
• Familiar with digital currency exchange-related business such as spot trading, derivative trading, and transaction settlement
• Excellent leadership and senior team management capabilities
• Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and resource integration capabilities
• Strong technical sensitivity and learning ability to track industry trends
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields
• Relevant professional certifications such as PMP or Frontend Engineer Certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Formulate the company's frontend technical strategy and long-term and short-term technical roadmap
• Lead the design and optimization of the core frontend system architecture and technology stack
• Research and introduce advanced frontend technologies, tools, and methodologies
• Evaluate and select technical solutions for core business scenarios
• Oversee the full lifecycle of frontend system development for web, app, and H5
• Supervise the development of core frontend modules such as trading interfaces and fund management
• Manage frontend system iteration and maintenance and resolve system bottlenecks
• Coordinate with the DevOps team to build and optimize the CI/CD pipeline
• Establish and improve the frontend system security management system
• Lead security audits, vulnerability scans, and penetration tests
• Ensure frontend development complies with global regulatory requirements and app store rules
• Coordinate with the compliance team to optimize display of regulatory content
• Build, manage, and develop the frontend development team
• Arrange daily work assignments and resolve complex technical difficulties
• Guide team members' professional growth and organize technical training
• Manage team performance and conduct regular performance reviews
• Communicate with product, backend, UI/UX, compliance, risk, and operations teams
• Coordinate with the backend team to optimize API design and integration
• Cooperate with the UI/UX team to integrate design schemes into frontend development
• Communicate with external technical partners such as app stores and security vendors
• Manage key frontend development projects and control progress, cost, and quality
• Formulate the frontend team's budget plan and allocate technical resources
• Track and analyze project execution and optimize project management processes
