About the Role
You will design, build, and maintain internal trading tools, dashboards, backing services, and APIs. You will gather requirements with stakeholders, extend trade-entry and management capabilities, and improve platform performance, reliability, and scalability through testing, monitoring, automation, refactoring, and production support.
Requirements
- Have 3–5 years of professional software development experience.
- Have strong C# and .NET or .NET Framework experience building high-performance desktop applications.
- Have experience with real-time data processing, including TCP, multicast, or similar high-throughput feeds.
- Have experience rendering large, rapidly updating UI datasets.
- Understand multithreading, lock-free patterns, and performance profiling and optimization.
- Understand databases and data modeling; SQL is preferred.
- Communicate effectively and manage stakeholders and concurrent development initiatives.
