About the Role
You will review fraud alerts, analyze transactional and behavioral signals, make risk-based decisions, and document investigation outcomes. You will manage daily case volume, escalate cases when needed, collaborate with partner teams, and identify fraud trends and process improvements.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in fraud investigations, financial crime, risk, compliance, or operations
- Exposure to account takeovers, identity theft, or money movement fraud
- Written case-documentation skills
- Ability to analyze transactions, device signals, and behavioral indicators
- Ability to prioritize work and manage queue volume
- Ability to meet quality and productivity goals
- Collaboration skills
