About the Role
You will design, develop, test, and deploy proprietary FPGA solutions for advanced trading applications. You will create exchange-data decoders, event-triggering modules, and FPGA architectures, research solutions, communicate ideas, and collaborate with software developers, quantitative traders, researchers, and business analysts.
Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor's Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering Computer Science Physics Mathematics Machine Learning or a related science discipline
- Expected graduation between December 2027 and June 2028
- Exposure to the FPGA development flow
- Understanding of data structures and algorithms
- Problem-solving and analytical reasoning skills
- Communication and collaboration skills
- Development skills in SystemVerilog Verilog or VHDL
- Working knowledge of C++ or Python
Responsibilities
- Design develop test and deploy proprietary FPGA solutions
- Create decoders for raw packet data from exchanges
- Develop modules that trigger events for traded instruments
- Develop FPGA architectures to expand data processing capabilities
- Identify and advocate for solutions to complex problems
- Conduct research to determine effective solutions
- Collaborate with software developers quantitative traders researchers and business analysts
