Define the visual identity and design function from the ground up, create brand and design systems, design end-to-end trading and social experiences, build high-fidelity prototypes, collaborate with engineers, and conduct user research.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to ship beautiful and functional products across web and mobile
- Experience building and maintaining design systems
- Ability to work quickly and autonomously in an ambiguous early-stage environment
- Experience with cryptocurrency trading and familiarity with trading interfaces are ideal

- Make the product beautiful and intuitive
- Define and evolve the brand identity, design system, and visual language
- Design end-to-end user flows for trading, social features, and gamification
- Create high-fidelity prototypes
- Collaborate closely with engineers to ship polished experiences
- Conduct user research and translate insights into design decisions
