About the Role
You will work directly with the founders on strategic and operational priorities across the organization. You will support initiatives across Product, Commercial, Finance, and Operations, contribute to research, preparation, and execution of founder-led projects including investor, vendor, and partner engagements, and own high-priority workstreams from analysis to follow-through. You will keep stakeholders aligned by ensuring smooth information flow and delivering timely updates, and help evaluate and implement AI tools to increase efficiency across departments.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s program with top marks
- Proven track record of working in a dynamic and fast paced environment (e.g., consulting or start-ups)
- Analytical and structured thinking

- Tech and AI curiosity
- Fluent in German and English
Responsibilities
- Support strategic and operational initiatives across Product, Commercial, Finance, and Operations to drive progress on the company’s most important priorities.
- Contribute to research, preparation, and execution of founder-led projects including investor, vendor, and partner engagements and internal projects.
- Own and deliver high-priority workstreams from analysis to follow-through, ensuring tasks move forward quickly, reliably, and with high quality.
- Ensure smooth information flow across teams and external stakeholders, delivering updates precisely and on time.
- Evaluate and implement AI tools to unlock efficiency and operational leverage across departments.
