About the Role
You will own frontline deployment and operation of L4 autonomous-driving systems. You will lead system testing and validation, oversee vehicle testing and fleet operations, investigate system issues using data, collaborate with engineering teams, customers, and partners, and support international rollouts, localization, and operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Automation, Vehicle Engineering, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in autonomous driving, robotics, or related domains
- Familiarity with autonomous-driving testing, validation, and deployment workflows
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Linux, Python, and ROS experience
- Chinese and English fluency
- Willingness to travel globally
Responsibilities
- Own deployment and operation of L4 autonomous-driving systems
- Lead system-level testing and validation
- Conduct functional, performance, and safety testing
- Support on-site vehicle testing and fleet operations
- Analyze data and investigate root causes
- Resolve complex system-level issues with cross-functional teams
- Support international system rollout, localization, and operation
- Improve deployment processes, testing methodologies, and operational practices
