About the Role
You will identify high-impact customer problems, develop and validate solutions, and own work from discovery through delivery. You will work directly with customers, use technical tools to create impact, and help scale successful solutions across customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or relevant experience
- 3+ years of experience in a similar position
- Familiarity with data structures, storage systems, cloud infrastructure, and front-end frameworks
- Understanding of technical decision impacts on users
- Programming proficiency in Java, C++, Python, JavaScript, or similar languages
- Ability to work with technical and non-technical individuals
- Willingness to travel as needed
