About the Role
You will deploy, fine-tune, and evaluate robot learning and computer vision models on customer robotic systems. You will build deployment data pipelines, optimize inference on edge hardware, integrate models into robotic software, resolve integration issues, and support international customer deployments.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- At least four years of professional experience in machine learning, AI for robotics, or computer vision
- Hands-on experience with real robots, including robot arms, mobile manipulators, grippers, cameras, and sensors
- Experience training, fine-tuning, and deploying end-to-end learned robotics models
- Strong Python and C++ programming skills
- Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and the full model lifecycle
- Experience with YOLO, SAM, vision transformers, DINOv2, and CLIP
- Experience with learned grasp generation for manipulation
- Understanding of robot inverse kinematics, coordinate transformations, and hand-eye calibration
- Experience working in Linux environments
- Fluency in English
Responsibilities
- Deploy, fine-tune, and evaluate AI models on robotic systems at customer sites
- Adapt and train perception models for robotic applications
- Integrate and tune grasp generation models for manipulation tasks
- Build data pipelines for demonstrations, teleoperation, curation, annotation, training, and evaluation
- Optimize inference, deploy models on edge and embedded hardware, and integrate them into the robotic software platform
- Translate customer technical requirements into AI-driven robotics applications
- Diagnose and resolve model, software, and system integration issues remotely and on site
- Travel to international customer sites for workshops, deployments, training, and technical support
