About the Role
You will oversee accounting operations, prepare and review full sets of accounts and management reports, manage quarterly GST filings, maintain accounting records, and coordinate with auditors and tax representatives. You will work with stakeholders on policy changes, financial-system data needs, process improvements, and ad hoc projects.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- Audit experience at a Big Four accounting firm
- Knowledge of Singapore GST and GST claims requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Organization, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Review and prepare full sets of accounts and management accounts reporting
- File, maintain, and distribute accounting documents, records, and reports
- Manage quarterly GST reporting and filings
- Meet internal reporting and planning deadlines
- Liaise with auditors and tax representatives
- Collaborate on financial-system data requests and integration
- Communicate with departments on policy making
- Support policy, process, and data improvements
- Support ad hoc projects
