About the Role

Join Coinhako's finance team for a hands-on internship in 2026, gaining exposure to finance operations within a fast-moving fintech and digital asset environment.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to commit to a six-month full-time internship

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the general ledger and accounting records
  • Record and reconcile financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner
  • Process journal entries and account adjustments
  • Maintain supporting schedules and documentation
  • Review and process supplier invoices and payments
  • Monitor customer receivables and follow up on outstanding balances
  • Perform vendor and customer reconciliations
  • Prepare month-end closing journals and reconciliations
  • Reconcile bank accounts, intercompany balances, and key balance sheet accounts
  • Investigate and resolve reconciling items
  • Support year-end financial closing and audit processes
  • Prepare management accounts and financial reports
  • Assist in the preparation of statutory financial statements
  • Reconcile digital asset balances across wallets, exchanges, and custodians
  • Perform daily and month-end Asset-Liability Management (ALM) reconciliations
  • Prepare mark-to-market valuations for digital assets
  • Reconcile customer asset segregation accounts
  • Monitor settlement positions with liquidity providers and counterparties
  • Support MAS regulatory reporting and capital calculations
  • Investigate blockchain transaction discrepancies and operational breaks
  • Prepare crypto-specific audit schedules and impairment assessments
  • Support system implementation and other ad-hoc project work
