About the Role
In this 12-month rotational program, you will use AI tools, scripting, and CLI-based workflows to automate financial processes. You will support customer deliverables and client-facing work involving 409A valuations, tax reporting, fund implementations, and portfolio data collection. You will identify workflow inefficiencies, develop scalable systems, test processes, report bugs, and share process insights with product and engineering.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong interest in AI and automation
- Knowledge of financial statements and common financial concepts
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and adapting to shifting priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exposure to financial concepts through coursework, internships, or personal interest
- Experience with Python, scripting, or basic technical tooling
- Familiarity with financial modeling in Excel
- Experience using AI tools such as Claude or Gemini thoughtfully in work

- Use AI tools, scripting, and CLI-based workflows to complete tasks and automate financial processes

- Provide engineering and product feedback through testing, bug reporting, and process insights
