About the Role

You will serve as the strategic finance partner for Marketing, owning the financial architecture behind marketing investments. You will build financial models, measurement systems, and operating rhythms; analyze channel and cohort economics; support experimentation and forecasting; and automate manual processes with AI.

Requirements

• Have 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrate growth marketing strategy experience, including CAC, attribution, cohort-level payback, brand spend, paid acquisition, and organic loops.
• Possess strong analytical skills and expert Excel modeling skills.
• Be comfortable working with data using SQL, HEX, BI tools, or equivalent.
• Use AI tools and agents to automate work.
• Have a foundation in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or management consulting, combined with operational experience at a high-growth startup, AI company, or scaled technology company.
• Hold a bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Own the financial operating plan for Marketing, including budget allocation, campaign ROI analysis, and investment trade-offs.
• Develop and maintain CAC, LTV, and payback models at channel and cohort level.
• Connect marketing spend to acquisition, retention, revenue, and measurable business outcomes.
• Analyze market trends, competitive spend, and channel dynamics to inform investment strategy.
• Partner with Marketing to size tests, define success metrics, and forecast growth and unit-economics impact.
• Create repeatable reporting on performance, targets, variance, and learnings.
• Use AI agents and automation to replace manual processes with scalable infrastructure.
