About the Role
You will commission, configure, and troubleshoot robots at customer sites. You will train operators, deliver safety briefings, add inspection routes and points of interest, and work with client stakeholders to meet project goals. You will travel frequently and share deployment insights that improve products and processes.
Requirements
- Technical degree, vocational certification, or practical experience in mechanics, electronics, mechatronics, or robotics
- English fluency
- Ability to communicate with diverse audiences
- Willingness to travel up to 80%
- Class B driver's license
Responsibilities
- Commission, configure, and troubleshoot robots in customer environments
- Conduct robot operator training and safety briefings
- Add inspection routes and points of interest to robot missions
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to meet project goals
- Travel frequently to customer sites worldwide
- Collect and communicate deployment insights for product development
- Represent the employer at events and exhibitions as needed
