About the Role
You will lead onsite fiber deployment across EMEA and the Nordics. You will coordinate internal stakeholders and external vendors, manage delivery milestones and risks, resolve technical issues, and provide clear progress and escalation reporting. You will help scale effective onsite solutions through playbooks, templates, reviews, and coaching.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience delivering fiber or GPU deployments in large-scale infrastructure or physical deployment projects
- Knowledge of data center infrastructure, distributed systems, and networking concepts
- Willingness to travel to project sites 50–75%+ of the time
- Organizational, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience supporting 24/7 mission-critical services in a hyperscale or public-cloud environment
Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal and external teams delivering data center infrastructure and fiber deployments
- Build and execute delivery programs from ambiguous ideas
- Establish communication channels, decision forums, escalation paths, and operating rhythms
- Align stakeholders on priorities, milestones, ownership, dependencies, risks, and decisions
- Identify and resolve misalignment, ambiguity, and competing priorities
- Translate technical, commercial, operational, and financial inputs into actionable plans
- Lead onsite fiber deployment across one or more EMEA and Nordic sites
- Engage onsite partner teams and external vendors
- Advise executive leadership on delivery risks, technical issues, blockers, and solutions
- Create playbooks, templates, reviews, and coaching for the delivery community
