About the Role
You will lead engineering and contractor work through MEP design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and maintenance. You will manage infrastructure projects and capital expenditures, verify maintenance, resolve field conflicts, prepare technical documentation, maintain facility reliability, respond to emergencies, and manage MEP scope and permits.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or another engineering discipline
- 1+ years of professional experience designing or building MEP systems
- Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or engineering design software
Responsibilities
- Lead engineering and contractor work through MEP engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and maintenance
- Provide engineering support to ensure compliance with standards, codes, and specifications
- Verify maintenance and coordinate repair, construction, and contingency work
- Manage drawings, documentation, and reports for facility projects
- Resolve design and construction conflicts in the field
- Prepare, coordinate, and execute capital projects
- Acquire building permits and ensure required inspections and certificates are completed
- Communicate maintenance activities and schedules to personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure the reliability and maintainability of installations
- Respond to facility emergencies and manage readiness procedures
- Write, negotiate, and manage MEP scope across multiple disciplines
