About the Role
You will design, construct, operate, and maintain critical facilities and mechanical systems. You will coordinate site-development projects and contractors, ensure compliance with standards and specifications, manage maintenance and repairs, develop project estimates and plans, negotiate construction contracts, and oversee capital projects. You will respond to facility emergencies and secure required permits and inspections.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
- 2+ years of professional facilities engineering or construction experience

Responsibilities
- Coordinate site-development projects and schedules
- Manage contractors, requests for proposals, specifications, and supplier selection
- Provide engineering support for construction and maintenance compliance
- Commission, operate, and maintain mechanical and electrical systems
- Verify maintenance and coordinate repairs for HVAC, power, cranes, facility, security, and fire-protection systems
- Develop cost estimates, material requisitions, plans, and specifications
- Write, negotiate, and manage construction contracts
- Coordinate capital expenditure reviews, approvals, and project execution
- Communicate building and maintenance schedules
- Ensure installation reliability and maintainability
- Respond to facility emergencies and maintain readiness procedures
- Obtain building permits and final inspections
