About the Role
You will help manufacturing clients transform production operations through site investigations, interviews, and data analysis. You will develop long-term strategies, KPIs, investment plans, smart-factory and logistics-automation concepts. You will also support requirements definition, proof-of-concept work, project management, and physical AI implementation with engineering partners.
Requirements
- Practical experience in production engineering, production planning, process design, industrial engineering, equipment engineering, or manufacturing engineering
- Experience improving or automating factory or intralogistics operations
- Experience improving manufacturing productivity, reducing labor needs or costs, or improving equipment utilization
- Experience planning or advancing smart factories, manufacturing digital transformation, or supply chain reform
Responsibilities
- Interview executives, business leaders, factory managers, production engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and IT departments
- Assess medium-term management plans, production plans, capital-investment plans, and cost structures
- Develop smart-factory designs and automation roadmaps
- Design future-state concepts for production lines, intralogistics, storage, and material handling
- Design KPI frameworks, investment plans, and benefit estimates
- Support automation and physical AI implementation
