About the Role
You will identify competitive advantages and build quantitative strategies that convert them into actionable opportunities. You will lead researchers in developing pricing and execution models, oversee their deployment, and expand into new opportunities through high-frequency quantitative trading strategies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in systematic trading
- Proven track record of profitable high-frequency trading strategies in US cash equities and/or futures markets
- Nuanced understanding of financial markets and their microstructure
- Success translating modern quantitative methods into profitable trading strategies
- Experience with large-scale machine learning operations frameworks and high-performance computing
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience managing stakeholders across trading and technology
- Strategic vision for the role of machine learning and AI in algorithmic trading
Responsibilities
