About the Role
Lead the planning and execution of events across Spanish-speaking Latin America, managing owned events, conferences, dinners, workshops, webinars, sponsorships, and partnerships while localizing global playbooks and collaborating with regional teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of events experience, including at least three years in tech event marketing
- Native or fluent Spanish
- English fluency
- Deep knowledge of the LATAM tech ecosystem and key industry events
- Experience working with regional event agencies and production partners
- Based in Mexico or Argentina
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute event plans across Latin America
- Organize conferences, branded events, strategic dinners, workshops, webinars, sponsorships, and partnerships
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and GTM teams
- Create event messaging for local audiences
- Manage event budgets and timelines end to end
- Analyze event performance and recommend improvements
- Build relationships with sponsors, partners, and vendors
