About the Role
Lead the planning and execution of events across Brazil and support the Brazil-focused go-to-market motion. Own the full lifecycle of in-person events, conferences, executive dinners, workshops, webinars, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships.
Requirements
- 5+ years of events experience, including at least three years in tech event marketing
- Native Portuguese speaker
- English fluency
- Deep knowledge of the Brazilian tech ecosystem and key industry events
- Experience working with Brazilian event agencies and production partners
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute event plans across São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, and key Brazilian markets
- Organise third-party conferences, owned branded events, and strategic dinners
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and go-to-market teams
- Create event messaging for Brazilian business audiences
- Manage event budgets and timelines end to end
- Analyze event performance and recommend improvements
- Build relationships with sponsors, partners, and vendors across Brazil
