Scale technical solutions for enterprise customers by partnering with Account Executives, supporting technical customer contacts, architecting tailored integrations, delivering technical demonstrations, creating sales enablement resources, building self-service tools and documentation, and productizing common integration patterns.

Requirements

• Passion for AI, technology, and ElevenLabs products
• Experience working directly with customers on technical problems
• Ability to iterate on solutions and provide tailored support
• Ability to identify patterns that can be standardized and scaled
• Strong empathy for customers, sales, and product teams
• Strong technical background in architecting integrations with existing customer solutions
• Proficiency in Python
• Deep understanding of software development, software architecture, and common integration patterns
• Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt messaging to different audiences
• Preferably based in São Paulo, Brazil

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives to strengthen the technical sales process
• Provide tailored technical support and architect solutions for customers and prospects
• Create technical demonstrations that communicate the product value proposition
• Create technical enablement resources for the sales team
• Build self-service tools and documentation for customer implementation
• Identify common integration patterns and features to productize with product teams
