About the Role

You will lead the engineering effort to integrate digital asset capabilities such as XRP, RLUSD, tokenized assets, custody, and cross-border settlement into an enterprise treasury platform. You will build and manage a team of full-stack developers, contribute production code, establish engineering practices, and partner with product, compliance, and treasury experts to deliver reliable, secure, and auditable software.

Requirements

7+ years of software engineering experience
Full-stack development experience with .NET and modern frontend frameworks
2+ years of engineering team leadership experience
Experience recruiting, mentoring, and developing engineers
Production experience in fintech, digital assets, or blockchain
Experience delivering financial transaction or digital asset systems
Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to write production code
Familiarity with blockchain protocols, digital asset custody, tokenization, or cross-border settlement systems
Experience with XRP Ledger or RLUSD
Experience with corporate treasury or enterprise financial software
Familiarity with regulatory requirements for digital asset products

Responsibilities

Manage the engineering process for digital asset integration
Build and design systems connecting digital asset functions with the enterprise treasury platform
Build and manage a group of full-stack developers
Recruit, mentor, and develop engineers
Lead a fast-paced Kanban workflow
Work with the core digital assets team on protocol capabilities and roadmap alignment
Design full-stack solutions using .NET backend services and Angular or React frontends
Partner with product, compliance, and treasury experts
Define coding standards, review processes, testing strategies, and deployment patterns
