About the Role

You will lead and scale a product engineering organization responsible for experimentation, feature rollout, dynamic configuration, and analytics. You will set strategy across product and platform workstreams, establish operating mechanisms, guide technical direction, and resolve complex product-platform tradeoffs.

Requirements

• Substantial engineering leadership experience, including leading managers or multiple engineering teams.
• Experience building or scaling product, experimentation, analytics, developer-tools, growth-platform, or internal-platform organizations.
• Strong product sense and ability to translate customer workflows into platform strategy.
• Experience setting direction across multiple workstreams.
• Experience building leadership teams, hiring senior talent, and developing managers.
• Ability to work with senior product, engineering, research, data, and infrastructure leaders.
• Understanding of product quality, developer experience, reliability, performance, and adoption.
• Experience leading through ambiguity, organizational change, and post-acquisition integration.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and scale a product engineering organization.
• Define the multi-year engineering strategy for experimentation, feature flags, configuration, rollout safety, and analytics.
• Establish ownership, operating mechanisms, planning processes, and execution standards.
• Partner with product, research, data, infrastructure, and business leaders.
• Translate launch, measurement, and experimentation needs into durable platform capabilities.
• Guide technical direction across frontend, backend, SDK, data, analytics, and infrastructure.
• Balance adoption with reliability, performance, correctness, usability, and safety.
• Serve as a senior escalation point for product-platform tradeoffs and prioritization.
• Build leadership capacity and scale the organization.
