About the Role
You will design custom electronics and embedded firmware for sensor interfaces, power distribution, and machine control. You will own the electrical architecture, validate systems in harsh environments, and integrate hardware and firmware from prototypes through field testing and production.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Embedded C/C++ on ARM Cortex-M or comparable microcontrollers
- Experience taking electronics from schematic to working board using Altium or KiCad
- Understanding of CAN, CAN FD, I2C, SPI, UART, Ethernet, and associated debugging instruments
- Experience deploying electronics and wire harnesses in industrial or automotive conditions
Responsibilities
- Design and bring up custom electronics for sensor interfacing, power distribution, and machine control
- Develop and validate embedded firmware for sensor acquisition, actuator drive, and safety-relevant functions
- Own the electrical architecture, including power budgeting, protection, grounding, EMC, and wire harness design
- Integrate hardware and firmware into robotic systems from prototype through field testing and production
