About the Role
You'll work hands-on with critical electrical systems that keep operations running in a data center environment. This is a long-term, stable, on-site role—not a travel contract—joining a committed, high-performing team. You'll follow a schedule of 7 Days On / 7 Days Off (Wednesday–Tuesday, 12-hour shifts), giving you built-in work-life balance with half the year off.
Requirements
- Electrical experience
- Ability to work at heights and climb ladders/scaffolding, lifting, walking, long hours
- Strong troubleshooting mindset
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in physically demanding environments
- Attention to detail, especially with wiring and color distinction
- Commitment to safety and teamwork
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial electrical systems
- Work with control systems, lighting, motor controls, and PLC systems
- Maintain wiring, breaker panels, communication systems, and power distribution
- Inspect and repair transformers, circuit breakers, and electrical components
- Diagnose issues using advanced tools such as ammeters, voltmeters, and thermal scanners
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
- Ensure compliance with the National Electrical Code and safety standards
- Support and guide team members in installation and repair work
