About the Role

You will develop electrical prototypes, wire harnesses, and cable assemblies for NEO. You will turn schematics into build documentation, support technicians during assembly, perform continuity and fault-isolation testing, debug prototype and robot issues, and improve designs for reliable repeatable builds.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of electrical engineering or related hands-on hardware development experience
  • Experience developing and debugging electrical prototypes, harnesses, or cable assemblies
  • Ability to read and create electrical schematics and wiring documentation
  • Experience using measurement tools for continuity testing and electrical fault diagnosis
  • Experience working with technicians or fabrication partners to build, test, and iterate hardware

Responsibilities

  • Develop electrical prototypes, wire harnesses, and cable assembly designs
  • Translate schematics and wiring diagrams into build documentation
  • Work with technicians to resolve assembly issues
  • Plan and perform continuity and fault-isolation testing
  • Debug prototype and robot electrical issues and improve designs or documentation
  • Improve recurring builds through documentation, fixturing, and design-for-manufacturability work
  • Partner across engineering and fabrication to create reliable, repeatable assemblies
