About the Role
You will own a product and engineering domain from problem definition through production delivery. You will use data and partner feedback to identify problems, write testable specifications, build code and automation, orchestrate AI workflows, own production quality, measure outcomes, iterate after launch, and manage stakeholder relationships and commercial results.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with TypeScript, Node.js, React, SQL, Redux, and Jest
- 2+ years of experience with AI tools and LLM orchestration
- Track record of shipping products or features end-to-end
- Ability to write clear, actionable specifications for solutions you build
- Commercial-first mindset using data to challenge assumptions
- Experience using data for decision-making and product-success tracking
- Stakeholder management skills
- Ability to communicate technical trade-offs to non-technical audiences
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Exposure to regulated payments, reconciliation, or large-scale system migrations is a plus
