About the Role
You will define model-distillation and compression strategy, design and scale efficiency pipelines, integrate compressed models into production, benchmark quality and efficiency trade-offs, mentor researchers and engineers, and share model-compression practices through reviews and documentation.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with distillation, quantization, pruning, and model compression for large-scale neural networks
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in machine learning, computer vision, robotics, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience
- Expert Python skills
- PyTorch or JAX skills
- Large-scale distributed training experience
- Technical leadership and project-delivery experience
- Experience collaborating with infrastructure, platform, and autonomy teams
- Ability to communicate technical trade-offs clearly

- Define model distillation and compression strategy
