About the Role

As the Director of Talent Development, you'll work hands-on with managers across the firm to build a culture of continuous development and high performance. You'll also design and deliver enterprise learning programs focused on manager effectiveness, leadership development for mid-level managers, and AI-enabled ways of working. You'll meet directly with employees when appropriate to support development planning, create practical tools and templates, and facilitate workshops, onboarding, and leadership development events. You'll also help employees integrate AI into their daily workflows through playbooks, prompting techniques, and responsible adoption, continuously evaluating new learning methods and technologies to simplify and improve how the firm learns and performs. Expect to travel periodically to Alumni Ventures offices to facilitate programs and support development initiatives in person.
