About the Role
Architect, implement, and maintain developer tooling, frameworks, automation, documentation, training materials, and development infrastructure to improve software delivery, developer productivity, and developer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, developer tools, or developer operations roles.
- Expert proficiency in Python, Bash, Go, or similar languages.
- Extensive AWS and Terraform or Ansible experience.
- Deep expertise with Jenkins, GitHub, Flux CD, and Harness.
- Experience with JFrog Artifactory.
- Experience with GitHub and GitHub Copilot.
- Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Passion for developer experience, automation, and continuous improvement.
- Strong Docker and Kubernetes experience.
- Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog.
- Experience with agile software development and DevOps methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Architect, implement, and maintain developer tooling, frameworks, and automation.
- Lead and contribute improvements to CI/CD pipelines for fast, reliable, and secure deployments.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in development workflows.
- Develop documentation, training materials, and standardized development practices.
- Monitor and enhance development infrastructure and tooling performance.
- Collect and act on developer feedback to improve the development experience.
- Collaborate with development, operations, security, and product teams.
- Adopt relevant advances in software engineering and developer productivity.
