About the Role
You will lead UX strategy for complex product areas, turning business strategy, customer needs, and technical capabilities into scalable user experiences. You will conduct research and prototyping, influence product direction, design AI-driven interactions, champion accessibility and consistency, and mentor designers.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience designing complex digital products
- Significant experience with enterprise software
- Experience designing sophisticated financial technology products
- Experience leading design across interconnected product ecosystems
- Expertise in human-centered design, interaction design, information architecture, prototyping, and UX research
- Experience influencing product strategy and executive stakeholders
- Experience working in Agile product development environments
- Experience using AI tools in the design process
- Experience designing AI-powered and data-intensive products
- Understanding of transparency, explainability, and trust in regulated financial systems
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Lead UX strategy across complex Aladdin product areas
- Partner with product, engineering, and business leaders to shape product vision
- Translate business strategy, customer needs, and technical capabilities into scalable user experiences
- Drive discovery through customer research, workshops, design sprints, prototyping, and validation
- Use research, analytics, and experimentation to inform design decisions
- Influence product direction and executive decisions through design storytelling and rationale
- Champion design quality, systems thinking, accessibility, and consistency
- Define interaction models for AI-driven and data-intensive experiences
- Mentor designers and contribute to design standards and practice growth
