About the Role
You will lead post-silicon validation for the full AI SoC across silicon, firmware, and platform levels. You will plan, develop, deploy, and debug validation tests; build automated Python test frameworks and regression suites; analyse failures; improve validation methodologies and infrastructure; collaborate across engineering disciplines; and provide technical guidance and feedback to architects.
Requirements
- Understanding of machine learning applications and workloads
- Strong experience with bare-metal and embedded C/C++
- Problem-solving, analytical, and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work across teams and programming languages to find root causes of critical and complex issues
- Experience with post-silicon validation in digital ASIC environments

Responsibilities
- Plan, design, develop, and debug silicon validation tests in bare-metal C/C++ on FPGA and emulator before first silicon
- Deploy and debug silicon validation tests on first silicon
- Develop automated Python test frameworks and regression test suites
- Collaborate with engineers across disciplines
- Implement validation test best practices and continuous improvements with Validation and Production Test engineering peers
- Analyse test results and identify and debug failures and defects
- Contribute to shared test and validation infrastructure
- Provide feedback to architects
- Report project status and progress to program management
- Provide technical guidance to engineering team members
