About the Role
You will own the product vision and roadmap for document intelligence infrastructure, APIs, developer tools, and model orchestration. You will lead platform product managers, align stakeholders across business units, improve AI/ML systems and developer experience, define quality and platform health metrics, and prototype solutions to validate ideas.
Requirements
- Product management experience owning platform, infrastructure, or developer-facing products.
- Technical or engineering background with system-design understanding.
- AI/ML fluency and knowledge of model architectures and tooling.
- Experience building and scaling AI/ML-powered products or platforms in production.
- Experience prototyping solutions and writing code or testing ideas with code.
- Experience at growth-stage companies.
- Cross-functional leadership and stakeholder-prioritization experience.
- Experience managing or mentoring product managers.
- Experience in fintech, lending, document processing, or financial data infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Own the product vision and roadmap for the platform layer.
- Define platform abstractions that support SMB and Mortgage business units.
- Prioritize competing business-unit needs while maintaining platform scalability.
- Own human-in-the-loop learning systems, including task design, feedback loops, and data generation.
- Drive the product strategy for evaluating, deploying, and monitoring AI/ML models.
- Develop agentic services with vertical product teams.
- Translate AI capabilities into practical platform features.
- Own APIs, documentation, webhooks, and integration patterns.
- Improve API reliability, latency, and developer ergonomics.
- Align platform capabilities with operations, engineering leadership, and executive stakeholders.
- Lead a team of platform product managers.
- Define quality frameworks, platform metrics, SLAs, and health indicators.
- Prototype solutions and build proofs of concept.
