About the Role
You will lead the engineering strategy, organisation, and execution for KYX across onboarding, continuous monitoring, and risk scoring. You will manage backend, frontend, data science, and machine learning engineering across multiple locations. You will oversee the full model lifecycle, scale governed agentic AI in regulated workflows, and improve automated decisioning, due diligence quality, and servicing costs.
Requirements
- Experience leading engineering organisations in identity, onboarding, fraud, financial crime, or another regulated decisioning domain
- Track record of turning platform investment into measurable conversion, due diligence, unit economics, and workflow automation outcomes
- Experience taking machine learning into production at scale and owning live model performance
- Experience operating in a regulated environment with operations, policy, risk, and compliance functions
- Strong judgement in organisation design, delivery, platform strategy, data architecture, and technical quality
- Ability to lead distributed teams across multiple markets and unify separate engineering lines behind one roadmap
Responsibilities
- Own the engineering strategy and organisation for KYX
- Lead backend, frontend, data science, and machine learning engineering
- Own KYX Scoring and ML capabilities across onboarding and ongoing decisioning
- Manage the machine learning model lifecycle from development through production monitoring
- Scale agentic AI in regulated workflows
- Work with operations, policy, risk, compliance, product, and IAM stakeholders
- Deliver higher automated decisioning rates, improved due diligence and screening quality, and lower KYX costs
- Build global solutions while isolating market-specific logic
