About the Role

You will lead the engineering teams developing Identity Threat Detection and Response products and build a new team for Identity Security Posture Management. You will set the technical roadmap, deliver scalable products iteratively, improve engineering practices, and use AI development tooling effectively. You will hire, coach, and manage engineering managers and individual contributors, establish clear expectations and performance conversations, and collaborate with architecture, product management, and threat operations partners.

Requirements

• 10+ years of engineering leadership experience building SaaS products
• 5+ years of director-level or higher experience
• Experience with Claude Code or similar AI coding tools
• Knowledge of scalable delivery practices for on-premise software agents
• Experience developing and maintaining high-volume, scalable solutions
• Understanding of iterative engineering team organization and approaches including hypothesis-driven development, Shape Up, Scrum, and Kanban
• Experience hiring, building teams, coaching managers, and managing performance
• Experience partnering with architecture and product management leaders on product and technical vision
• Experience in a fully remote environment

• Scale the ITDR product and build a team and features for ISPM
• Attract, recruit, and retain engineering talent
• Hire and coach engineering managers
• Set expectations, provide feedback, and conduct performance conversations
• Improve products, engineering practices, and processes
• Collaborate with Architecture, Product Management, and Threat Operations teams
