About the Role

You will build and lead the Global Treasury Services team and establish a scalable global operations backbone. You will oversee global treasury documentation, e-banking administration, banking documentation, bank reviews, and audit confirmations. You will also act as a payment approver and provide operational coverage with Regional Treasurers.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of relevant treasury and/or finance experience with a focus on treasury operations, controls, and global cash management in a multinational environment.
• Experience building, leading, or scaling treasury operations or shared services functions.
• Understanding of payments, bank connectivity, e-banking, and reconciliation processes.
• Knowledge of internal controls, governance frameworks, audit requirements, process standardization, and operational risk management.
• Hands-on experience with treasury management systems and AI tools.
• Leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capability in a multi-region environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Professional certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a new Global Treasury Services team within Group Treasury.
• Establish a scalable and robust global treasury operations backbone.
• Act as an additional global payment approver under established payment controls.
• Partner with Regional Treasurers to ensure operational continuity and resilience.
• Ensure timely and accurate banking documentation and support bank reviews.
• Manage the annual bank audit confirmation process.
• Oversee global treasury documentation and ensure audit readiness.
• Own global e-banking administration and reviews under bank account management policies.
