About the Role

You will lead websites, campaigns, digital experiences, social content, and other creative deliverables from brief through launch. You will manage schedules, dependencies, approvals, budgets, vendors, assets, and decisions; facilitate production meetings and feedback cycles; and resolve delivery risks. You will coordinate internal and external contributors, support digital workstreams for film and content initiatives, and occasionally support events and activations.

Requirements

  • Approximately 4–7 years of experience in digital, integrated, or creative production
  • Experience in a leading digital agency, integrated creative studio, production environment, or sophisticated in-house creative team
  • Experience producing substantial websites or digital experiences
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams
  • Working understanding of film, video, photography, editorial, and post-production workflows
  • Experience managing outside agencies, freelancers, developers, and production partners
  • Strong organizational and project-management skills in a fast-moving environment

Responsibilities

  • Drive websites, campaigns, digital experiences, social content, and creative deliverables from brief through launch
  • Manage schedules, dependencies, approvals, budgets, vendors, assets, and outstanding decisions
  • Partner with creative, design, development, strategy, content, leadership, and external agencies
  • Identify and resolve issues before they become blockers
  • Run production meetings, reviews, and feedback cycles
  • Manage external agencies, developers, freelancers, production partners, and specialist vendors
  • Coordinate ongoing social production and maintain visibility across the content calendar
  • Support film and content initiatives by owning associated digital, creative, and organizational workstreams
  • Support occasional events, dinners, conferences, and activations
