About the Role

You will define and specify digital architectures for high-speed mixed-signal and photonic communication chips, from initial concept through high-volume production. You will create architectural documentation, integrate interfaces with firmware and software, and partner on implementation, verification, and hardware validation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience and a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
• Knowledge of power-efficient digital design flows for high-speed mixed-signal electronics
• Understanding of digital circuit design in high-speed analog or photonic links, including device bring-up, control, and digital signal processing
• Problem-solving skills
• Written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Own digital architecture from initial concept through high-volume production
• Architect and specify system-level digital designs integrating mixed-signal and photonic circuits
• Validate hardware against simulation predictions with test and validation engineers
• Collaborate with RTL and design-verification teams on implementation and verification
• Author, review, and validate architectural specifications
